That day when they crucified my Saviour, He was willing to pay all the cost.  When they drove the nails through His body, they were nailing my sins to His cross. Oh the shame of it, my sins crucified Him that day, my sins were to blame.  Forgive me Lord I pray, I will live so the world can know that I love You for nailing my sins to the cross. Although this was centuries ago now, and I was not even living at all, The Bible says Jesus died for all sinners.  This includes me, Oh praise His dear name.  Thank you Jesus!

Signs Of The End Times   There are those who would roll their eyes at the idea of the signs of the end times. This is due in large part to the number of times in the past people have proclaimed that the end times were upon us. That being said, the events of the past few years, or even decade, have Bible scholars at all levels looking closer to ascertain if prophesy is indeed being fulfilled. Date and Time Is there a preordained date and time for the end of the world? In the Bible, this question was posed of Jesus, to which he said that no one would know the day of the end save God himself; however, He did say there would be unmistakable signs. So, while according to the Bible no one can know the specific month, day or hour of the end times return of Christ, it is clear that the season will be apparent. We need to evaluate the obstacles in our lives that are preventing us to pursue our dreams.  Some of them are: I am too young I am too old I am physically handicapped I do not have the money I do not have the time I do not have the energy I am not intelligent enough I am not creative enough I am too shy I am not attractive I do not know the right people It is too hard to change at this stage in my life. God has the ability to turn things around for us, so get out of the boat, visualized your goal and make a step towards it.  Through the power of God your obstacles can become opportunities and your stumbling stones can become your stepping stones.

No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.  Therefore, I fail to see how a man arrived at a date for Christ's coming, and I also fail to see in these modern times how so many people can be fooled into believing a lie.  But then I remembered my Bible tells me that, when people fail to believe the truth then they will believe a lie. Everyone needs to read Matthew chapter 24, and if you believe the Bible, then rest assured that no false prophet can deceive you.  Wake up people! Wake up to the truth and believe God's Words.

"Christ" is the New Testament word for the Messiah, the anointed ruler predicted in the Old Testament. "Son of God" refers to Jesus' special relationship to the Father - a unique position no one else has - the only begotten Son (John 3:16). Did Jesus claim such positions? Matthew 16:13-18 - Jesus rejected as inadequate the claims that He was just a prophet. Matthew 26:63-66 - During His trial in the presence of His enemies, Jesus acknowledged that He was the Christ, the Son of God. If you are reading this post, that means that you are still alive.  You have made it to 2011 and we owe this life to no one else but God Almighty.  Every new year, my song remains the same; Because God lives I can face tomorrow, because He lives all fears are gone, because I know who holds the future, then my life is worthwhile because He lives. Are you contemplating suicide?  This is not the option my friends.  You need to draw nigh to God according to James 4:8-10, and He will draw nigh to you.  Cleanse your hand and purify your hearts.  Just humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up. In James 4:13-15, He says, ask and it shall be given you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened.  The final analysis is that, if you ask God, you shall receive, and if you seek, you shall find, and if you knock, the door will be opened unto you. Jesus is the reason for the season.  Christmas, is people coming together, remembering the birth of Jesus and how he came to save His people from their sin, giving and sharing, especially to the needy.  Praise God because of Him we have a blessed hope that we can live above sin. Due to the harsh economic strain, people all over the world have realized that shopping will have to be cut this year to facilitate savings.  But it is time for us to realize that Christmas was not meant for this commercialization that takes place everywhere.  Some of these spending are unnecessary and therefore because many of us have been restrained this year, it is obvious that the past years we could have enjoyed Christmas without much of the fanfare.
