So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own." (Matthew 6:26-30, Amplified) Listen to what Jesus says, "Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they? And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure to his stature or to the span of his life? And why should you be anxious about clothes? Heavenly Father, with the state of the economy and the unemployment rate, it is very easy to worry. Although our economy is in a recession, help us to remember that the birds still woke up each and every morning and sing their songs. They do not fall off their branches in unbelief and start flying around here and there worrying, stopping their song, but they continue to sing. We are worth much more than the birds, so take away anxiousness Lord. We believe that you will provide for your children: Because if you clothe the grass of the field, we know you will surely clothe us. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
